Large 5 Bedroom House on 3 Levels, Accommodates 10-15 people, Gorgeous Sandy Beach!
The top floor has:
Bedroom #1 - Master Bedroom - Large, two of three windows overlook the lake, large Full Bath,
Queen Bed and Twin Bed - also room for a porta-crib/playpen
Bedroom #2 - Window overlooks lake, full size bed
Bedroom #3 - Window overlooks lake, full size bed
Bedroom #4 - smallest, with full size bed
Bathroom #2 is near bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and is a Full Bath
Staircase going down stairs is in between bedroom #1 and #'s 2,3, 4
Downstairs:
Bedroom #5 - Could be considered a Master Bedroom also. Window overlooks the lake, wood
floors, room for a playpen/porta-crib, king size bed.
Bath #3 is right outside the door of bedroom #5 and near the kitchen. Bath w/shower,
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, all dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc.)
Dining Room - Wood floors, wood burning stove for cool weather, window overlooks the lake,
door out to deck overlooking the lake, open to kitchen, stairs to basement and living room.
Living Room - Carpeted, glass sliding door overlooks lake, color cable TV/DVD/VCR. Full size Futon bed.
Basement - Walkout basement with Ping Pong Table and Full Size Sofa-Bed.
Other items - Large dock, fenced in sandy play area for kids, deck w/picnic table overlooking the
lake, swim area with hard sand bottom.
An eleven passenger pontoon boat is included in the weekly summer rate, and a 3 person fishing boat with 5 hp outboard motor available for rent from Harold's Resort weekly for $225 + tax.
If rented, it will be at your dock, ready to go when you arrive and stay there with you all
week.
The house is on a black-top road, about 12 miles SE of downtown Traverse City. It is near the
Spider Lake Launch Ramp, Ranch Rudolf for canoeing and horseback riding, near state land and
hiking trails/XC skiing trails, downhill family skiing, Sleeping Bear Dunes and more!
