Year Round Private Homes on Beautiful Spider Lake in Traverse City, Michigan
We have accommodations for every occasion and need. We would be happy to answer any questions and check availability. All our private homes feature the following amenities.
Kitchens - fully equipped - all dishes, pots, pans, utensils,
stoves & frigs, microwaves, toaster coffee maker.
Pontoon Boats - provided seasonally includes 1st tank of gas &
all safety equipment. They may not tow anything.
Phones - provided for incoming and local calls - long distance
calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
Weekly Rates - do not include linens - bring bedsheets, towels,
paper & soap products charcoal, water & sand toys.
Nightly Rates - fall, winter, spring include sheets, towels paper
& soap products. Bring charcoal & toys.
Deposit - A $400.00 deposit is required to confirm weekly
reservations. Nightly deposits vary. Balance - Is due 2 weeks prior to arrival for weekly
reservations. Another confirmation & directions will be sent. A
separate check for security deposit will also be due at this
time.
